The Unwriter

The Unwriter is a writing companion built on the foundation of the Socratic method. You write. It reads your work and asks about its structure, strength, logic and meaning: the questions you may have been avoiding, or the ones hidden deep in your subconscious. It keeps asking until you find the answers yourself. It never writes a word for you. Instead, it helps you empower yourself, by yourself.

1. 1.Set your coach. Tell it who you are, what you are writing, and how hard it should press.
2. 2.Write, paste or import your piece. Add a blueprint of what you intend, or leave it empty and The Unwriter will read your piece to find it.
3. 3.Request a review. Pick a coach, or let The Unwriter decide. The Structural Critic examines its structure, the Cross-Examiner tests its strength and logic, and the Theme Anchor asks what it means.
4. 4.Answer, revise, and ask again. Answer in your own words, for up to ten rounds, until you find the answers yourself and the piece says what you mean.

AI moves deeper into our lives every day. It already handles the mechanical work, the analysis, the research and the building. Now it is reaching for the most precious gift we have: our own thinking, driven by curiosity and creativity. Hand that over, and there may be no way back.

So we turned the roles around. Socrates never wrote for anyone. He asked, and the people he questioned found the truth themselves. The Unwriter brings that method to your writing. Your creativity stays yours. The AI, carrying the knowledge of countless great minds, living and gone, becomes the judge, the teacher and the scholar. It cross-examines what you create and coaches you through it, but it never creates for you.

And here is the irony we love: you are the player on the field and, behind the scenes, the trainer of your own coach. You set the limits it judges by, so its questions stay sharp and never vague. Each round leaves you a stronger writer, never a more dependent one.

Will it write or rewrite my text?

No. Not a sentence, not a word. Ask it to, and it answers with a question, because the words that matter are the ones you find.

Then why use it?

Because its questions draw out your best thinking. The improvements are real, and every one of them is yours.

How hard will it press?

As hard as you choose. Pick Gentle, Firm or Relentless in Set your coach, and change it anytime.

I drafted with AI. Can I still use it?

Yes. Turn on “I drafted this with AI’s help,” and the coach guides you through making each claim your own. It never accuses you and never runs detection.

Which languages does it speak?

It replies in the language you write in. We have tested English, Portuguese, French and Spanish.

Can I switch devices?

Not yet. During the beta, your work stays in the browser where you started. Use Share or Export to take a copy anywhere.

Who can read my writing?

Only you. Your writing is stored privately, and we never sell or publish it.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. Pricing will be shared before the beta ends.
